DASHBOARD
The dashboard module visually summarizes calibration activities, displaying key metrics, schedules, and critical instrument details for real-time insights, enhancing monitoring, and informed decision-making in the calibration software.
CALENDAR
The calendar module in the calibration system streamlines scheduling, displaying calibration dates and deadlines. It enhances organization and efficiency in managing calibration activities and timelines.
INSTRUMENT CALIBRATION LIST
The instrument calibration list catalogs essential details like names, IDs, makes, and criticality for systematic tracking and scheduling, ensuring effective maintenance within the calibration system.
USERS
The user module manages individual accounts, enabling unique logins, role-based access, and password security. It facilitates user organization, enhancing system security and accountability in the calibration software.
STANDARD INSTRUMENT LIST
The standard instrument list outlines essential details for standardized equipment, including names, IDs, and calibration due dates, ensuring systematic tracking and maintenance within the calibration system.
Account
The account module oversees user access, enforcing password policies, role assignments, and audit trails. It ensures secure and accountable activity within the calibration software.
INSTRUMENT REQUEST
The Instrument Request module streamlines the process of requesting new instruments for calibration. Users can submit details, and approvers can review and authorize the addition to the calibration system.
CFR
The CFR module ensures compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, offering secure record generation, limited access, electronic signatures, and audit trails for regulatory adherence in the calibration system.
JOBS
The Jobs module manages calibration tasks. It assigns responsibilities, monitors progress, and ensures systematic execution of calibration activities, promoting efficiency and accountability within the system
UTILITIES
The Utilities module in the calibration system software facilitates testing of cameras and printing devices, ensuring their accuracy and functionality through systematic calibration procedures.
REPORTS
The Reports module, generates electronic reports for calibration, detailing instrument specifics, pass/fail results, and electronic signatures, ensuring paperless documentation and regulatory compliance.
ADDENDUM
In the Addendum user can view instruments that are not scheduled for the year but may be added at a later time.
EXTERNAL REPORTS
In external calibration, users upload vendor documents. The approver evaluates pass/fail within defined limits and submits the report, adhering to URS guidelines for calibration.
CALIBRATION SCHEDULE LIST
Using the Calibration Schedule List module, user will systematically plan instrument calibrations for the chosen year, assigning specific dates and times based on criticality and instrument type
REMOVED LIST
When an instrument's calibration is expired, it will be transferred to the Removed List module for documentation and tracking of decommissioned instruments.
